Beach Hopping

As promised, that i will post pictures of the beaches we visited last October. First in the list is located in the Sarangani Province. This place is considered a resemblance of Boracay because of white sand and clear water of the sea.

Isla del Mar
Glan Sarangani Province

quite early so its still high tide

The place is really good for swimming but we were unfortunate that it was low tide that time so the kids did not enjoy that much. But you can find a lot of shells and sea creatures in the water. They were amazed of the star fishes, sea urchin and small fishes.

T'boli Beach

This is one of the oldest beach in the city. The water is also good but the place was not the same compared before. Cottages were old already and the place was not well maintained. But still, we had fun in the water with my neighbors.

3m's Beach Resort
Tinuto, Tambler GSC

This is our favorite beach because its just near in the city. Its only takes 30 minutes ride and you can buy fresh fish on the way going here.

Since, my children really love swimming so we find time to go out and have some fun in the beach once in a while.

Love this Place so much..SARANGANI HIGHLANDS

Ive been here nth times already..and the best thing is...I could'nt stop loving this garden resort in the upland side of Gensan.. Who could imagine that this dessert-look like place before turned into a heaven place? The place is so beautiful and absolutely relaxing, the garden is superb! I admired its artistic design of the garden. I asked the owner which happens to be there, if they have an architect for the resort. She said "no"..only she and her husband designed the place and imagine guys.. they are not an artist but both are active doctors..they spend their time here only sundays because on weekdays they work as a doctor.

Plus, the place is overlooking the the calm and bluish water of Sarangani Bay. In the afternoon, the wind blows and you can breathe a fresh air coming from the sea. The tranquility of the blue water of the sea invites you to go back again and savor the beauty of nature.

They served lunch and dinner. What my mother and I love in their food is the sotanghon..yeah the taste is so good that everytime we visit here sotanghon is part of our food in the table. Sorry guys i wasnt able to take pictures for the food..Im so busy attending my kids when it was served.

One thing Im sure I'll often go back and eat lunch here!

Having some BAtchoy!

I went to the bank with my two kids today and to a tutorial school to inquire about their services and fees for my daughter Trisha. Then we went to KCC Mall to shop for a grocery needs. Since its already lunch time, kids wanted to ate in the MCdonald but its far from where we are, we ended in Ted's Oldtimer Lapaz Batchoy.

Ted's Batchoy orginated in Lapaz, Iloilo City. Ted's is the oldest and the first batchoy maker in the country.Known by their delicious Batchoy, now they already had franchise store. Yeah, I remembered that I used to ate in their old and first store in Lapaz during my college years.

Its taste so good and Hot that my kids love this batchoy. Paired with Ice Tea and Puto..sooo yummy!!

Magandang Gensan!

Newly renovated General Santos Park..it cost
33million pesos on its total renovation..

YES!! Its Magandang GENSAN!! the newly greetings of the people of General Santos.
This means beautiful Gensan. If you happen to visit here dont forget to pass by our park and take a view to its invigorating and greenish scenery.

This is the front view of the park. The monument of General Paulino Santos was built
in the memory of his bravery. The city was named after him.

The pond in the center of the park added an attraction to its natural
features of the landscape.

Weekends are the best time to indulge the beauty of the park.
While enjoying its scenery, food vendors were scattered in the area. You could
never go hungry with peanuts and fried bananas that they offered.
