Hair Fall

This really worries me now a days, my falling hair. I honestly don't know what are the causes of my falling hair. It might be because of my daily use of shampoo and conditioner or it might me because of stress. But when it comes to hair bonding, I only used it  once a year. I dont used too much of these hair treatments on my hair.

Some advices were given to me to prevent hair fall:

1. Shampoo/Conditioner with Hair Fall Treatment

Yes! This is the easiest way to do to minimize the hair fall. A lot of shampoos and conditioner with hair fall control are available in the stores but unfortunately it still the same. Nothing changed..so I switched to..

2. Natural Herbal Shampoo

They say, try to use herbal treatment shampoo. This is all natural and it cannot harm your scalp.

So, at the present I,m using this Liwat Gugo Shampoo. I bought it in Watson's store. It slightly improved my hair fall (atleast it has a good effect) but I noticed that daily use is still not advisable.

I have checked the price of a famous herbal shampoo that promised hair growth. But pak! too pricey for me. Honestly, I cant afford it.

3. Don't use shampoo and conditioner daily

This is quite effective too. I noticed that few hairs were falling if I skipped using shampoo/conditioner for two days. Haayy, but Im not comfortable, it seems I dont feel fresh after taking a bath.

4. Coconut cream

Used this once since I have this hair fall. I might going to do it again, hopefully once a week. Because it seems, hair fall improved. But, the problem is the smell of the coconut. It really smells suck!!  Never mind, as long as there are some improvements.

5. Hair Treatment for Hair Fall

I tried this artificial treatment and the effects were just in a few days. After that Hair Fall is back!

So guys do you have advices or tips for Hair Fall which are affordable ha to share?

Share nyo naman!

Sinigang The Lechon

Great food and most of all yummy-licious taste of lechon are often what we crave in a party. Aminin natin that this food is very rich in cholesterol yet super favorite of everybody in the party.
So since  my neighbor  gave us a bowl of lechon from their son's birthday party, I decided to cook it with (sabaw) soup, my kids really prefer food with soup. That's why most of our food are with soup.

I came up with Sinigang na Lechon, inspired from Memory Lane in  Tagaytay (Jolina Magdangal's restaurant). Actually, I have never been there, but this is one of the place that I would like to visit soon.

Lake Sebu, South Cotabato

Seven Falls

Last week, we went to have lunch in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, Lake Sebu is a natural lake where it also supplies the water irrigation for the nearby municipalities. It is also surrounded by ricefields but Lake Sebu is well- known for its lake, resorts and the yummy tilapia..Yes, the tilapia here is totally juicy and delicious compared from what we have in  the Gensan market.

While on way, the oldies ( my father and mother) were complaining about being hungry and longing for grilled tilapia already  but I insisted to take some glimpse to the Seven Falls.

I knew that it  was exciting because that was the first time of my kids to see a falls..so I reviewed them to the different forms of water. They knew about  how FALLS look like but they just saw it on their books.

Mt. Sabrina Resort

Here I am again..pagana  gana lang to update my blog. Actually, I still have a lot of things to share but Im too lazy coz the pictures that I will going to  use were saved in my old laptop and until now I wasnt able to transfer it kaya..ayan tuloy Im super tamad to update.
And I am too busy with my hubby's new business so I cant find time to write and super busy at night time so  I dont have time to update my blog.
Anyway, Im too excited about this Mt Sabrina, I had posted about this before but it was not as beautiful as it is today.  The resort is now developed and turned into a haven for mostly wedding reception. The serenity  of the place especially at night time leads to a more romantic place for new couples. There are some areas that are still under construction but  Im pretty sure that  the owner is very much fascinated to turn  the place into more beautiful and gorgeous place.

This is the pool area where it is also overlooking the Sarangani Bay.

The upper view of the pool and then that was the time I realized its shape..Its a YELLOW FIN TUNA!!
I really did not expect it..I thought it was just an ordinary pool that my kids enjoy..

These are there rooms that you can stay if you want to stay longer.

The best place for garden wedding..very solemn and very romantic venue for two people inlove.
A sunset wedding is also good idea to the place, definitely something that you will never forget.

Its swimming time...!!!

Escapade will never complete without staying too long in the water. Its better to visit here in the afternoon. Too hot at noon time. Come and visit here!

Revin's Day

Revin was so  excited about his graduation, but the truth is he doesnt understand what graduation is all about. He kept asking me about it, and still excited for that big event of his life.

He woke up early last thursday because that was  his Bacalaureate Mass, which was held at Sto Nino Parish Church Bula General Santos City. The mass started at 9am and the kids were very happy for the said event.

as promised! this is James Portes, Revin's BFF

The school just required them to wear their school uniforms during the mass..Woow, good for mothers like me..no need to spend for this occasion. By the way, in the picture is James, my son's bestfriend. They almost have the same attitude. Pareho silang super active.  Both of them are very naughty, too.

Magkasama din sila sa kalokohan sa school. In fact, I'll tell  you guys, that there were placed in a room after class for a few minutes because according to the teacher grabe daw sila dalawa..they kept on playing even during class hours..so sa inis daw nya at ayaw daw tumigil nilagay nya sa isang room to let them play. At nag behave din daw sila dalawa..hahahaha..pasaway talaga!

May hirit na naman sya on his picture sa frame.." Ayaw ko ang picture na yan! Para akong Girl!" kasi he's wearing a blue toga..kaya ganun!

Graduation Day!

Of course, he's too excited for this day..as in you cant explain how happy he was for this graduation day!

On the stage, receiving his diploma..

while singing their graduation song "Yesterday's Dream"

Parents requested to let  the children sing  again their song in the stage so we can take more photos of our children. You know how excited and happy the parents are, as we would like to capture every moments of our children. These were all boys turn kasi masikip na..

the girls' moment

And the last, are the proud mommies of James and Revin..(mommy Gina Portes-James's Mommy)

And syempre, me hirit na naman sya after the ceremony...meng bakit wala ako medal???  ngeeekkk..

Comedy Break

revin my youngest son

He had a  tantrums  again yesterday when we were at the birthday party of the mother of his bestfriend James Portes. ( i will post picture of revin and james next time) You will agree with me why they are best of friends..hahahaha..!

So much for that..I wil share with you guys another comedy sitcom of my son Revin.

While watching a movie on TV5 " entitled  "Azuthara" Im not sure if this is the right title. Just correct me if Im wrong. This movie is for General Patronage (GP), so its safe for children. This is adventure movie and really interesting to watch.

The movie is about the two brother playing a board game, that everytime they push the buttom a playing card with words written on it will come out and something strange will happen. I dont elaborate much on this movie but quite heart trembling that makes my son scared and nervous.

So when we were in bed, he asked me:

Revin: Meng what is the title again of the movie?

Me/Meng:  Azuthara

Revin: A-su-la-ta...Az-la-ta..Azu-ta- la.. ( he cant enunciate the word clearly)

Me/Meng: Nope.. A-zu-tha-ra

Revin: Kasi Meng I will tell my classmate not to buy that toy.

Me/Meng: Why?

Revin: Kasi DELIKADO TALAGA! DELIKADO!... Grabe talaga!!

Booommm!

swimming time

Since this is the first file of pictures I saw,  so i opted to write about this escapade that we had in Maasim, Sarangani Province. We were hesitating to visit this place because of security reason but we never went wrong..the place is super dooper nice. I love it so much! Maybe because I'm environmentalist (Char..char) and glad to view the beautiful nature. For security issues, forget it its not really really true. The road is very good and very peaceful. Aside from it its very refreshing cause your traveling along the shore. You can hear the waves  and take some glimpse of the dark blue water from the sea.
taken at the resort where it is located at the top of the mountain

The IML resort is situated at the top of the mountain where its overlooking to the vast coconut plantation, mountainous area on its opposite side and the most exciting is overlooking the Celebes Sea. They have some houses and villas to choose from if you want to stay for a night. Food is served too. Zipline and firing range are available in the area.

Here are some photos of the place:
